Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing written notice as per the contract terms. Upon termination, outstanding payments remain due.

8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Ontario courts.

9. Changes to Terms
Pro IT Canada reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
